Welcome to the Time Freedom Formula course (“Service”) provided by Residual Ecom LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Service and any information, text, graphics, photos, or other materials uploaded, downloaded, or appearing on the Service (collectively referred to as “Content”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Description of Service
The Time Freedom Formula course is an online training program that teaches individuals how to start and grow a successful Amazon wholesale business. The Service includes access to over 70+ video lessons, 16 modules, email and phone scripts, checklists, tools, worksheets, and any other material deemed necessary for the successful completion of the course.
2. Eligibility
The Service is available to individuals who are 18 years or older and have the right, power, and ability to enter into this agreement and to comply with all the terms and conditions of these Terms. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.
3. Modifications to Service
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with or without notice at any time and without any liability to you.
4. User Account and Security
In order to access the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. The Company reserves the right to terminate your account at any time for any reason.
5. User Conduct and Content
The Service is intended for lawful and appropriate use only. You agree that you will not use the Service for any unauthorized or illegal purposes, including without limitation:
Uploading, posting, or transmitting any Content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable;
Uploading, posting, or transmitting any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party;
Uploading, posting, or transmitting any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or any other form of solicitation;
Uploading, posting, or transmitting any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobeying any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the Service;
Impersonating any person or entity, including without limitation any employee or representative of the Company;
Using the Service for any commercial purposes without our express written consent.
6. Proprietary Rights
The Service, including all Content, is the property of the Company and/or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any Content or information obtained from or through the Service without the express written consent of the Company.
7. Fees
The fees for the Time Freedom Formula course are as stated on our website and are subject to change without notice. All fees are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy.
8. Methods of Payment
When you enroll in The Time Freedom Formula Program, you authorize Residual Ecom LLC to charge your credit card, debit card, or Google Pay for the full course fee. By making payment for our Time Freedom Formula Program, you agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your use of our services.
9. Refund Policy
We offer a money-back guarantee for the Time Freedom Formula course for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Keep in mind that we use a database provider who provides accurate metrics regarding the viewership of total course content. However, in order to qualify for a refund, you must submit proof that you did the work in the course and that it did not work for you.
You must include your coursework with your request for a refund. If you request a refund and do not include your coursework by the 30th day, you will not be granted a refund. All refund requests require submission of the respective refund request form. Refunds are given only when requested by email, by a student who has purchased the course less than 30 days prior.

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
Time Freedom Formula Action-Based Refund Requirements
Requirement 1: View 100% of Videos to Completion. You must have completed and applied the core lessons and coursework of the course, as specified in our curriculum.
Requirement 2: Must have contacted and opened accounts with at least 50 suppliers via and email us the proof to support@residualecom.com
Requirement 3: You must provide evidence that you have actively implemented the strategies and techniques taught in the course but did not achieve the desired results.
Requirement 4: Must participate in contacting our support team with questions about the course.
We will NOT provide refunds more than 30 days following the date of purchase. After day 30, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless of whether you complete the program.
If you meet all of these criteria and are still unsatisfied with your progress, we will process your refund. Please note that we reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these conditions. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time frame. This policy is designed to ensure that our course is used as intended, and we aim to work closely with you to help you achieve your goals.
